- Make ready Diced Sweet potatoe
- Make ready Diced carrots
- Take Diced red onions
- Prepare Chopped garlic

- Prepare Salt
- Make ready Seasoning cubes (i used knorr chicken) opt
- Take Ground Cayenne pepper

Steps to make Veggie soup:
- Heat up a minimal amount of vegetable oil in a pot.
- Add the onions and garlic and allow it to sauté for some minutes, add in the remaining veggies including the corn.
- Stir, season with maggi cubes, salt, curry&thyme, cayenne pepper.
- NOTE: use water instead of chicken broth if you've already added seasoning cubes.
- Add in your chicken broth or water, cover and allow to cook till the veggies are tender(especially the potatoes)
- Serve and enjoy!
