  2. Now take a kadhai add oil add jeera n ginger,garlic..now add finely chopped veggies..n saute for 5 min..
  3. Now add salt n pepper n add 3 glass water..n let it comes to boil..add vinegar..
  4. Take 2 tsp cornstarch n water to make a thick slurry..now add in d soup..n cook for 2 min add butter..n coriander chopped
  5. Now serve hot.too healthy in winters.
