- Soak millet into hot water for 3-4 hours.
- Then remove all water and put into grinder and crush with curd. Don't make paste.
- Put cumin seeds, mustard seeds and Asafoetida into hot ghee. When all crackle then.
- Add garlic.
- Add grated ginger and chopped Green chilli
- Now saute onions and carrot.
- Add Turmeric powder.
- Add crushed millet and water and boil.
- Add salt and red chilli pow.
- Cook for 15-20 min on low flame.
- Then add coriander powder and Maggie Masala.
- At last add coriander leaves and off the gass.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Healthy and delicious Soup is ready…
