- Then add onion and garlic saute them.
- Now add all chopped veggies and cook for 3-4 min.
- Now add Maggie masala and mix well.
- Now add veggies stock and give 2 boils.
- Dissolve corn flour into 1/2 cup water then add into soup pan and mix well. Cook for 4 minutes.
- Now add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
- Add salt, black pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
- Switch off the gass.
- Soup is ready.
- Garnish with fried mushroom and coriander leaves.
