- In a nonstick pan add one tsp oil put cookie cutter or ring mold pour noodles about 1/2 inch of thickness on low flame after few minutes take out the ring and flip it to other side too when become golden brown take it out and assemble it.
- Firstly apply mayonnaise on one ramen noodles burger than put cabbage soaked and wiped in chilled water.
- Then put Pattie on it onion ring than tomato slice than cheese slice.
- Spread tomato ketchup in side the other ramen noodle burger put it on the cheese place with tooth pick and serve with tomato ketchup.
- If you don't like hard cryspy fry it less if you don't have ring mold then grease same shape of metal bowl or glass pour noodles in it and press with fingers or spoon than up side down on the hot pan to make ramen noodles burger.
